Re: You have chosen....*spoilers*
It doesn't even have to be a decision based on a desert island scenario. What do you spend your money on right now by priority? Obviously one needs to eat. You need to buy groceries to have energy for anything. You buy a house, rent an apartment, pay rent, pay property taxes, etc, or what have you b...

Re: Possibility of KQ5, KQ6, & KQ7 Remake?
There are ways around that, though. Like the game telling the player they missed something. Or straight up that they missed the item required.

Well, if you kept a few BOOKMARKS it would be easy to go back and read them.

Yeah. The SCI community has been wanting a proper script decompiler for years. We've kind of given up on it.

"All knowledge" is a very broad term....too broad to argue that it's merely for the purpose of "knowing how to build a shelter." It's a little more all-encompassing than that. I'm thinking in a knowledge of "all the mysteries of the universe" kind of direction. None of ...

No. Nobody knows exactly what the scripts' notation was. For the longest time we believed it was very close in resemblance to LISP, but recently we've discovered that it in fact had more in common with a language called SmallTalk than LISP. In fact, an ex-Sierra programmer confirmed that the notatio...

Seems to be random. Sometimes they're marked read and sometimes they're not. The theme has problems to be sure. But nothing too harsh. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love it! Doesn't even hurt my eyes anymore!

It'd be really interesting if whatever Lucreto did was a detriment to The Father's plans and they were at odds with you caught in the middle. Nothing beyond references, though, perhaps. Still an interesting thought to have two enemies that are themselves in opposition as well as you.

Your artwork makes the game truly shine, JP! Of course, everyone's involvement was paramount. Everybody just went above and beyond. The whole thing is truly spectacular.

Re: Music spell assistance
Again, though, when have you ever used the hand icon to "pick up" an item already in your inventory in a past Sierra game? I can understand that the death thing gets annoying...but the spellmaking process is supposed to be touchy and I can't really get past mixing up the arrow selector and...

Well, hypothetically, if Telltale didn't have the rights we'd all be having a completely different discussion and probably different poll options, too. But they do.

Seeing as AGS is open source now (well, portions of it, but apparently the whole thing will be open source soon?) I don't see how difficult it would be to port it to another platform. I thought I saw somewhere on the internet that it was possible to port certain types of AGS games (uncompiled) to th...

Hehe. I think you're reading into it too much. It's just supposed to be funny. It's not like it's important to the plot.

Re: Music spell assistance
I strongly disagree with that notion. I've always hated the idea of having only a hand and an eye in the inventory GUI. All of Sierra's VGA games had an eye (for examining the obejct), a hand (for using or manipulating the item), and an arrow (for selecting the item). The difference is important. I ...
