So how much longer do I have to be a lowly Peasant?

So how much longer do I have to be a lowly Peasant?

#1 Post by Senor Matt » Thu Aug 26, 2004 10:16 pm

So I know I've been on this forum for only a short amount of time, and I don't want to seem impatient, but I'm just curious to know how many posts I have to get to get those other titles and what all those titles are. I know there's Knight and Royal seravant and stuff like that, but if someone could give me a little list of them all that would be great.

Also, how long did it take you guys to get to whatever title you are currently at? Especially those of you that have your own custom titles?

When you reach 50 posts, you become a royal servant. Once you get 200, you get a REAL job as a Knight. Break 500, and you become a Defence Minister. 500 more, and you become the Royal Vizer. Custom Titles are usually awarded at 1000. It took me several months to become a Defence Minister. 300 more, and I'm a Vizer! :D

I've been posting as a guest at the ezboards for some time, and so when the agdi team moved all the data over to the phpBB forums, my guest account was converted to a registered account with 70+ points. I started off as a Royal Servant here. Not bad huh?

Let's see.. 386 (@ time of posting) and I am a Knight! I guess Jafar's rules seem to work in my situation atleast.. does that give me 114 more posts to Defense Minister? :)

Ok, I slipped up on Knight. But there has been some confusion about Knights in the past, ok?

But then I'd feel like this.

Or maybe worse.......... Rambaldi........ :lol

j/k Mr. Heretical Writerman!

Hmm. I wonder what custom title I'd pick when I got there.

Probably "Swashbuckling Nerd" or "Rosella's Bike Seat" or something.

There is WAY too much posting today about poor Rambaldi and his posting habits (hey, didn't y'all notice I never post on weekends anymore!) Maybe I should just cut down and stop posting ALL TOGETHER!

(old fart mode enabled) I remember the "good ol' days" when the OT forum was still non-existent and the main source of posts was still the general forum. The good old days when I was the first one to discover the Knight status (with a whopping post count of 151) and royal servant status was an achievement people were actually proud of. Ahhhh...(old fart mode disabled)

I guess Moore's law is also valid for forums and post counts. :)

Oh BT, don't be too jealous. You've lapped me like 7 times in terms of AGE!

I wasn't referring to my age. It was a play at the time I've been on these forums already.

I know that you weren't referring to your age. But what do you mean by "old fart mode" then?

An old fart is more or less the term for your stereotypical old man, who's usually cranky and thinks everything was better in the days he was young.

They also used to walk 15 miles in the snow, uphill both ways.
