Hey. Surprising as it may be my current computer actually has no Floppy drive. This (as you can imagine) pissed me off to no end when I beat QFG1VGA with a Thief whose stats I had cuddled and cared for, each of them being no less than 50 (exceptions being the fact that he has no parry and Dodge sitting at about 20). Anyways, enough braggary (even though I'll probably train them all to 100).
Is there alternate drives or alternate ways I can save a character for importing? Any other somethings that will allow me importing?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Yep. In the path, just type "C:\folder\charname.sav" (fill in the folder and the charname you want) and it will save your character to the hard drive. Easy. ^_^

I can't seem to get that to work... I save it to C:\QFG\Char.sav (because I failed to name my character somehow) but it doesn't really work. What am I doing wrong?

Will it make an impact if I'm using DOSBox? Probably, huh.

Yeah, it does.
Anyway, what I do is simply omit all the drive letters and just type in hero.sav or something and it'll save the file in the game folder. Then I manually copy it over.
