Not unless Chris Jones ports AGS to the iPad.

While not yet concrete, someone's developing a 3rd party engine that can convert AGS games to XBox, which may be capable of supporting the iPhone and iPad some day:

That is awesome! However, I'm not sure that it will work on the iPhone or iTouch, due to the small size. Ah well, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!
