Death=blood or fire

#1 Post by Dragon » Tue Jan 21, 2003 4:23 am

Since the Birth Gem represented water, the Growth Gem represented air, what did the Death Gem reperesent? Fire? Blood?

WARNING: Pastal Hashtas Draco Malat (Don't Breath Dragon's Breath)

Hmmm...

I thought it was earth. Everything returns to the earth when it dies, and the gem is found not on land... I'm not sure about it, though.

Interesting. Shouldn't there be a fourth gem? Earth, Air, Fire and Water?

But what would it represent if there are only 3 stages of life?

<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /alien.gif ALT="0]">

Well, there are three gems because there were three keys in the original. As for what it would represent, it's hard to say. Actually, I think the four elements themselves were meant to represent the three states of matter (earth = solid, water = liquid, air = gas) and energy (fire). So, I would imagine that the three gems could represent the three states of matter (birth gem = water, growth gem = air, death gem = earth), and could exclude energy.

Then again, I'm likely way off base... <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... tongue.gif ALT=":p">

~Wolfgang

It made total sense to me. It's the three realms - Sea, Sky, and Land. That it was red seemed a bit off to me symbolically (maybe black?) but I think it's pretty clear that it's Earth.

Maybe fire was the spark that is part of all life. Without life there could be no birth, no growth, and no death. So maybe Graham represented fire in the equation. The fire that gathers the water, air, and earth. The fire was the drive needed to gather the stones and open the door of destiny.

Coffins drowned in roses
And the war he chose is
Fought inside the mind
Death becomes compelling
When the soul's for selling
And the world is blind

In the maze he wanders
Looks about and ponders
shadows mock and taunt him
And the ghosts that haunt him
Chain him to the ground
Screams without a sound
Burn the castle down

<a href="http://pub49.ezboard.com/fgaminggroundz ... <img src="http://malekdarshin.homestead.com/files/junki.gif" style="border:0;"alt="The Junki Knights of Junkyardia."/>

I got the answer, I played the game and found that the death gem is called the Dark gem! The count says it when you're eating. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

WARNING: Pastal Hashtas Draco Malat (Don't Breath Dragon's Breath)

I thought about it and I think the death stone represents blood.

It is a tangeable culmination of who we are.

It is often spilled when we die.

Water, Air and Blood. Doesn't sound too bad does it?

Plus it's red and Mr. Vampire had it.

<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /alien.gif ALT="0]">

Intersting conculsion. But, Wookie or the AGD's whould be the best on the subject. Unless, its mentioned in the game.
The Knight

I say the death gem represents earth. It is found in a swamp, in the basement of the castle. The swamp has earth in it, it's on the land. When people die they return to earth. Earth can be red, perhpas earth and blood are connected. If you don't believe earth is red, go to Georgia or Tennessee and look at the red clay. Earth can be red, black, brown yellow or white, like human skin.

But, which one does it really represent is the question. Earth might be it. But, we don't know for sure yet.
The Knight
