My First Sprite

This is my very first sprite, i attempted it after using Blackthorns Method

so here it is!

I think you can't directly link from AngelFire, they don't allow it. I've grabbed you picture and uploaded it onto my site for people to view here.

ah thank you Klytos, my main problem was resizing the boots to fit with his body and also trying to get the arms to look proportionate.

This is a new sprite i am working on, i took it from an Indiana Jones game, what i did was change the color of the jacket to make it more leather like, and added a white t shirt and adjusted the belt.

The Problem is i can't seem to make a good face out of it, and the head just seems to square causing me to mess up on the hair as well.

What i am trying to do is make him similar to Gabriel Knight from Sins of the Fathers, with medium long blond messy hair.

Also what do you guys think of the current clothes the sprite is wearing, does it work for a laid back book store employee / Freelance Writer?

Look at George Stobbart. Same character really. Now you have two characters to base your image on so have fun with it. Also could you not just round his head off?
