Wow, it's not every day you get called "sir", "man", "megastar", and "hon" all in a single thread! :lol  Thanks for the bday wishes (not to mention the terms of endearment!)

Well, it was a public holiday on the 1st for the Melbourne Cup horse race, so mostly everything was closed. Got my hands on a copy of San Andreas and Quake 4, although I think I'll need to upgrade my hardware before I can play the latter. Also saw the horribly average Doom movie. All in all, not a bad shindig!  I rate this birthday 3 out of 5 burning candles.

You misunderstand, Brooms.  I'm not saying that that particular joke is poor, I'm merely echoing the old statement that the pun is the lowest form of humor (generally speaking).

Though perhaps it's not the lowest form of humoUr; some British stuff is pretty screwed up... :lol
