Can't get into Aziza!

Hello!
The fire elemental has invaded the city, yet I still haven't gotten into Aziza's house. I read you were supposed to answer her first question with your characters name (mine is Tweety Bird), and I have tried typing in "Tweety Bird" (enter) as well as "Tweety Bird" (space). Neither works! I'm afraid if I don't figure it out, I won't be able to finish the game.

Well, the obvious ones are to be careful that you have indeed typed your name correctly, but I'll trust you're doing that one. Heh.

Then, have you been sent? It may or may not be a requirement that you deliberately be sent by Keapon. Maybe not.

And beyond that, well... I'm not sure. Did you accidentally put a space before, after, or an extra in between the two words of your name?

Hello! I finally got it to work, actually... strangely enough, after several tries it just worked. I wasn't doing anything different, to my knowledge, but who knows Thanks for your advice!

Also, since this thread is pretty much done for now, I suppose, I just wanted to give a big thank you to the creators. I've waited 3 years for this game and it does not disappoint! I had played QFG 1, 3, 4, and 5 throughout my childhood and had tried 2 several times, but never had the patience for it. It might sound silly, but it really means a lot to me to finally complete a series that was so important to me and my siblings as kids... haha, I'll never forget practicing my "stealthing skills" through wal-mart, creating a fighters guild with my brother and sister, and running around the forest, attacking each other with fake swords :P

Oh, and of course, trying to "Show thief sign" to my parents!

So a big thank you to you all, the game is excellent!

Thanks, glad you're enjoying it and can finally experience the only game in the series you haven't played yet. I always envy people in your position.

I'm also glad to hear that acting out scenes from QFG is not an isolated incident. In fact, much to my relief, it appears to be quite common around these parts.

I can't tell you it didn't cross my mind. Also, an almost identical thread title was commented on as such.

Yeah, honestly it didn't cross my mind either.
I reckon most people wouldn't have seen it thatt way because a lot of people have some kind of problem when they're trying to access aziza, whether it be them mispelling something or what.
So when you see a thread like this, your immediate thoughts are straight on-topic.

I'm having this problem too.

My name is "Sweet Babar" but no matter how I type it (with spaces between words, capitalization/no capitalization, with space after words, without space between words) it's wrong every time. Looks like a bug to me that probably just affects us geniuses that go for two word names. Any advice? I'd hate to have to start over just because of this!

Are you playing the latest version? (version 1.1) I tried it out with that name and I had no trouble entering. She asks you more than one question though. Are you sure you're not getting another question wrong?

And I am totally sure that it's the first question. I've saved there and tried it about 30 times.

Maybe someone has a thief saved game just at the 2nd day of the fire elemental that they'd be willing to share? I know what I need to do, but can't do it because I can't get into Aziza.

Figured it out. I hit space twice when I wrote the name originally. Just thought to try it that way, made the difference! Thanks.
