How do you speed up combat?
Hey guys! Great job with the new QFG version! I downloaded it on Windows 7, but I'm having a problem with the combat. It is so much slower than the last version. Do you know how to fix it? If anyone else has solved this problem, please help! Thanks!

Are you running it with HQ2x or HQ3x filter? Those usually slow down combat a lot.

Having this same problem. No there's no graphics filter that helps. Even going into the cgf file and giving yourself 200 megs of ram when the game only takes 70 STILL runs in super slomo. Once I got it to run fast for about an hour by deleting the .099 file. Also I installed it on a completely new computer. As soon as I transfered my save files it went crawling again. Slow enough to where its just not fun to play. And I was JUST getting back into it!
