Can anyone send me KQ2 CDR

#1 Post by Wolf2191 » Sun Jun 06, 2004 2:32 am

Hello! I am a big fan of Tierra and would love to play this game however it is too big for me to download. Would anyone be able to send me a CD of the game (w/ speech and music pack)? It would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Quoth thy FAQ:
I know you can't sell these games, so could you send me a free copy?
Sorry, but it's not possible for us to do this. The printing costs are just far too much for us to give away free copies. For example, one printed DVD cover, a CD and a manual costs us approximately $75. Besides, it's not fair to anyone else.
Sorry. Maybe you should use a download resumer.

But people here are pretty nice. (Not me personally, but other people.) Maybe if you ask nicely, and say where you live, some kind forumite can burn a CD and mail it to you.

Just get a download resumer program and download a little bit each tie you're online. Download Accelerator Plus (google it) is good and really does speed up your downloads as well.

Wolf, if you send me a PM and give me an address, I'd be willing to send you a CD copy of the game. I'll even pay for the postage and handling, cause I'm nice. Well, maybe - I just thought, do you live in the US or Canada???

:| I'm speechless at your kindness. Wolf you could also sent BT the CD with a pre-paid envelope (or any of us I'm sure).

Well, really it's no skin off my back, and I'd like it if someone could do me a favour like that. In fact, many people have done me nice favours, like donating a kidney, so I'm just passing it forward. I love adventure gaming, and yeah, I'd help a brother out every once in a while.
