It's not all that tough, and you'll be rewarded with 3 Strength Spheres. Then level up in Gagazet until Tidus learns Quick Hit. You'll notice that there are spheres near Quick Hit that are empty, so drop those Strength Spheres in them and activate them (there's already a Strength +4 there, IIRC, and you can also use the one you got if you won the blitzball game in Luca, plus the 3 new spheres can give you from 20-24 strength). If you have any Friend Spheres, bring someone else (I usually choose Wakka) over to Tidus' location and have him do the same. By that time, Tidus will know Hastega and Quick Hit, and easily have enough Strength to do 9999 damage (or more if you happen to have BDL), and whoever else you brought along will do big damage as well. Then, open any boss battle with Hastega, and continually use Quick Hit until you win. ~Wolfgang

What I did was use Rikku's Mix limit break to do Trio of 9999 which means every attack does 9999 damage then I did Tidus Blitz Ace limit break (his final one) and he hits them about 13 times doing 9999 damage every hit!!! Even when I paid Yojimbo 1 Million gil he only did his basic attack but I read you have to use him a lot before his does big attacks for you. I've still yet to play PoP: SOT, I have it somewhere though!! A funny thing that just happend now though, Vamp and I were playing Monopoly 3 on PC and we have this rule where you have to go round the board once before you can buy stuff and so I landed straight on Chance and it said ride the railway so I went round the whole board got $200 and then started buying everything I could lol and Vamp was still trying to get round the board and to cut a long story short she landed in jail TWICE and when she finally got round the board I already had like 9 properties lol!! My parents have been married for 30 years, and in that time there are some lessons that have been learned. This is a prime example of one. Just got Forbidden Siren for PS2 it is SO scary I don't think I'll be able to play it!! You play different characters and most of them dont have weapons and the place is full of zombies. A really good feature is that you can 'sight jack' and see through the eyes of your enemies so you can tell if they have spotted you. The scariest thing is flipping thru the enemy visions to watch as a zombie turns a corner and comes face to face with you! Just wondering if anyone here has played Smackdown 5: Here Comes The Pain? And what did you think of it? I used to watch WWF when I was younger, I dont now but I still like to play the games and they are really fun and have a lot of depth too. Just wondering what you guys thought of Smackdown 1-5? Smackdown games? Ha! None of them would ever be as good as good ol' WWF No Mercy for N64. That is no doubt one of the best wrestling games there is. Instead of being fast like Smackdown, it's nice and slow, and it just has style. I never really liked the other games, I didn't like WWF Attitude either, and don't get me started on War Zone. There is a new one however which has got my attention, Day of Reckoning for Gamecube coming soon. Looks great, plays like No Mercy I heard. Hey I used to watch wrestling when I was younger, most of the people in my class liked it aswell, it was the thing! Then as the years went by no-one liked it, thought it was pretty stupid. And so did I. It has been at least 2 or 3 years since I watched wrestling, and one day I went to my coisens house who is mad about wrestling, so I watched it with him and my god I totally didn't realise how great it was. Ah, I'm watching it again, and so are people at my school! <blockquote>Quote:<hr>But it's still stupid, but good at the same time.<hr></blockquote> Yea I know what you mean lol But it depends on what style you like, I liked No Mercy on N64 but I do prefer the fast paced grappling system of Smackdown if you havnt you should at least try Here Comes The Pain everything is really detailed and the animation is top notch, you can either fight fast attacking and doing fast moves like the cruiserweights or take your time and slug it out with powerbombs and chokeslams etc or even just just wrastle stylishly with top rope moves and stuff like that so it depends on HOW you wanna play which is really good, I agree though the earlier Smackdown games were too fast and arcade like but they've moved on and perfected the whole thing, plus the graphics are amazing. You should rent it and see if you like it!! EDIT: Plus HCTP has some new features such as proper reversals, different grapple modes IE left and circle enters trademarks grapples, up circle enters power moves, right circle enters quick grapple moves and down circle enters submission grapple mode you can then do a further 4 moves once in a grapple mode so that each wrestler has at least 16 grapple moves then they have all their other moves too. It was funny playing as a women against Big Show and stealing his chokeslam. That would be funny lol having women chokeslam Big Show but in HCTP some who is really small or weak like the women or I dunno that Spike Dudley guy cant lift heavy people so its more realistic. Also it has damage recognition it shows a pic of the body in the top corner so you can damge specific parts of the body say the legs then do a submission move on the legs and they will submit alot easier, its also a LOT of fun damaging the head till it turns read on the indicator then getting a chair or doing a move that results in the face/head hitting the mat at high velocity and the guy gets busted open lol blood spurts all over his face - I like that part lol. But yeah rent it, its a cool game, Smackdown gets better with every sequel and you cant say that about every game series. Plus the Create A Wrestler is always good, what I cant wait for in future Smackdowns though is ONLINE play that would be so cool!!!!!!! Its almost too good to be true, but its gotta happen eventually right??!! Anyway go rent it!!! You either love it or hate it and that just like wrestling itself!! Cool, I'm defintely thinking of getting it now, although it's my brother PS2 so I don't know how I'm going to be able to play it as he's always playing FF-X2 or Ghost Recon. If only it was for Gamecube, they haven't had the best wrestling games, Wrestlemania X8 wasn't too good, yet to play Wrestlemania X19, and don't get me started on Legends of Wrestling, the wrestlers don't look nothing like the real ones, it's confusing and hard to play, and creating a character is bloody stupid. But the new one coming soon looks good, I will try and get that. Also, Anathoth or any other Gamecube owners, what game do you think I should get next? I was in the store for ages looking for a decent game, I finally found a good game, Time Splitters 2, I also got Legends of Wrestling 2 aswell as mentioned above which is stupid so I'm returning it. A game I would recommend which is a really good action and adventure is Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, I have it for PS2 but its also available for GC and Xbox. The game has 2 characters, Sphinx who does action and exploring and the Mummy who does puzzle solving and exploring and the game switches between them so its a very good mixture and the adventure elements are really really good the puzzles are fun and are quite unique as in that no matter how hard they are you just need to think about it and you get it as the solution is is the same room/place so its just a case of paying close attention and you'll get it. And dont forget to rent Smackdown lol!! A game I have just finished on PS2 was amazing!! Its called <a href="http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/adventure/s ... y/">Shadow of Memory (Shadow of Destiny NTSC)</a> and its about a guy called Eike who gets killed but this guy called Homonculus brings him back to life and gives him the ability to live again and try and prevent his own death. To do this Homonculus gives you this Digipad thing which lets you travel in time so you basically first of all travel back in time to an hour ago and get a group of people to goto the market square so when at the time of the murder there is lots of people there and the murderer is scared away, there are 8 different chapters and each one begins with Eike being killed and then having to try and prevent it and trying to find out who is doing this and why. Your time travelling takes you to such times as 1584, 1902, 1979 and the present which is 2001. It is set in a German town and when you travel back in time your in the same place so you see the town in different time zones!! The game is so cool and looks like it should have been a movie!! I had a lot of fun playing this game and is has 5 endings and 2 secret endings!! I've finished it once, took only 4:30 hours but I am defintely going to play again. The cool thing is that you can change something in the past then travel to the present and see the result! But you must be careful not to meet yourself or you will die as you cant meet yourself. I'd definetly recommend this game its so cool, a really good adventure game!! EDIT: In other news $ony must be weeping like babies, like babies I tell ya!! Why? Because DNAS has been offically cracked!! DNAS is $ony's way of online authentication so that it stops people playing their games online if they: Are using a Mod-chip or Are using a backup (burned/copied) game but as I say this authentication has been cracked and now backup games can be patched and played online, $ony must be so pissed lol!! I don't support this kind of thing but it just goes to show that people can get around almost anything they want too! I mean there are all sorts of modchips and things for Xbox and PS2 and there's even a way to play downloaded games on your Gamecube by using a broadband adapter and an exploit within Phantasy Star Online to stream game data from the PC hard drive to the GC and play the game! Man I wish I had a ps2 so i can get rid of my Ps1 so I can have more games to choose from but since I cannot afford a ps2 right now I just have to sitck to what I have. and My brother in law is obsed with the FF sieries for Ps2.
