Yeah guys, KQ3 has been in the works for AWHILE. A good portion is done (at least according to Klitos). And I've been following the screenshots and most are done (I think all that's missing is Daventry). Even the sprites are coming along (I LOVE Mannanan). As for QFI, it's a TOUGH tough game, as AGDI can attest to with QFG2VGA, but we'll get there!

Very sexy screenshots, looks promising. You guys better not stop halfway through on this one or anything just for the sheer pleasure of torturing your expectant fans with tantalizing images of goodness. :D

Only a couple small picky things I see. The last screen with the desert in it looks to be a rather sudden transition...for example, the green grass instantly turns into sand. Seems a bit odd, I'd adjust the background to make the shift a bit more realistic, or add bushes, brambles, etc in the desert or whatever to make it look more..."complete." Then again, it's been several years since I last played KQ3, so this might be how it is in the original game. I dunno. Also, those brigand sprites look a little unfinished, though that just might be due to the screenshot's quality. Anyway, hot stuff.

Yes, the artwork is certainly subject to change and polishing for the final version, and in the AGI, the sand is a bit abrupt on it's entry to the grass. Maybe I'll add a little more detail to blend it better! Thanks for all the kind words guys. Don't worry, either, this one won't stop production in the middle of it - we've come TOO far for that.

:eek

Could you at least make use of spacing, QFG Fan? It's very painful to read your post in this state.

For those who want to know, we won't drop this project cause it's pretty close to being done. The entire scripting is done (minus bugs, so the easy stuff is done...).

To answer a couple of questions before they come up though,

(1) The magic map is there and it works.
(2) It's a straight remake. Not a + and not a royal quest.
(3) I rock.

Anyway, going back on-topic...

A KQ3 1:1 remake? Are you kidding me? We all know that everyone wants to see a KQ2 1:1 remake. So drop your silly project, and get crackin'! ;)
