Unless he gets his hands on the Game Genie of the Lamp.
* Calls on the Game Genie. *

Are you sure we're not in the chat?

Well, heh. It's not real a place to praise anyone, but a place to talk about King's Quest III VGA. I have to say, personally, that this game has a special place in my memory as far as the series goes. I actually bought this AFTER KQIV, so I went from SCI to AGI quick..... but I still loved the game. It's a lot of fun, and an interesting twist on the series. I was always freaked out when Manannan showed up, and that stupid theme played through my speakers. I think it's even cooler now to have that "tiny" theme orchestrated and playing in full symphonic sound now.
As well as having "VGA" style graphics, what I love quite a bit about the remakes is the music and sound effects as well. Being a musician too, I find that the right soundtrack really helps out the game. We've had some great tracks come in from our composer, and I can't wait to here more.

If you really want to know how certain things are done, then I would suggest taking a trip over to IA Forums and read the thread over there titled "Things we're NOT revealing about the remake, so don't ask!"

We neither confirm nor deny what you are insinuating we will confirm or deny with our subtly tacit silence confirm the denial of the existance of such a subject. Thank you.

I could play Alexander, I mean, I'm nearly 16, British, I work for IA so I'd probably get the first privilege, and my dad is actually called Graham.

And I'm nearly 17, American, and am rather, shall we say, persuasive.
And Alex didn't exactly sound british in KQ6.
So I challenege Broomie to a duel, that may, or may not decide who voices Alexander, if there even is a speech pack, and if IA is even crazy enough to chose one of us.

Yeah you have a point, I always expected the Royal Family of Daventry to sound a lil modern English, not American.
Btw, yes he did sound kind of British in King's Quest 6.

I just played King's Quest 6 again recently, and he doesn't sound very Britsh. Maybe he sounded that way a little bit, but he definitely sounded more American.
