Dark Castle

#1 Post by Daffi » Sun Sep 12, 2004 12:23 pm

Back in the 1980s, there was a great game for Mackintosh called Dark Castle. Unfortunately, it only existed for Mac+, and when I moved to Mac IIvx I had to abandon it. Meanwhile I've deteriorated to PC. Does anyone know of a remake or (hint hint) plan making one? I still dream sometimes about those ferocious eyeballs and shooting them with my sling...

I'm pretty sure I used to have Dark Castle on my pc (not Mac).

That means there should be a version of it out there (possibly freeware by now) that you can play.

Eh. It's really not on a list of even potential AGDI remakes.

Don't know about REAL, but my husband seems satisfied... Even if I'm flesh and bone and not Lara Croft.
What else could I be? A duck? Oh, wait, with a name like mine...

That's ok. We definitely need a better tagline to replace "girl power".

You go Swift!!!!! Yay Girrl Power!!!

I, for one, am all for women's rights (especially if it will get me some action! :p )

But seriously, women rock. Believe it or not I've actually known many women in my time. In fact, come to think of it, even my own mother is a woman, and I lived with her for more than 20 years! So clearly I know all about you people. Go Females!! ;)

Girl Power
OXYMORON: ox·y·mo·ron
n. pl. ox·y·mo·ra (-môr, -mr) or ox·y·mo·rons
A rhetorical figure in which incongruous or contradictory terms are combined, as in a deafening silence and a mournful optimist.

I feel this thread is getting dangerously close to a oneliner-fest and may end up being treated as such.
