Congratulations! Good one Chris n Debs, you now have a baby girl which I know you will love forever and ever.
I haven't been on the forums for a while as I've been round my cousin's house so sorry for the late reply. Anyway this is fantastic news and I offer you three my greatest luck in the future.
Angelus... she has your eyes!

Great news! Glad it went alright. Congratulations on a baby girl! All the best from me! And don't worry, humans have a way of getting through things and finding determination they thought they never had when they're faced with certain problems. And like Blackthorne said, you want to as well. Don't worry, dude. You'll make it.
Congrats once again!
Congrats once again!

I wish there was some way that great post last page could be preserved if I had one wish in the world. I've edited out "offensive" materials just in case this is in a thread HoF. As I read the post I thought it was very interesting not knowing the first thing about babies or birth or anything and it was great to understand how that works. I almost laughed when I read the words "
Like all great things in the world of hollywood atleast I'm wondering if there will ever be a sequal. Of course you wouldn't know at all by now but I thought it was an interiesting closing thought.
P.S Sorry again for my posts of ass holic preportions. They are now edited out and again I sincerely wish you the best
Best of wishes to this entirely functional family and I'm thinking I should get you guys hooked on good ole Texan Dr.Phil cause to be honest and not to sound lady like or anything I think parenting is very very interesting along with psychology(SP?) and no matter what people say about him his parenting advice is always golden.Holy Crap it's a baby

Re:
I really don't know what to say... So I'll just wish you the best.
She looks beautiful (while most babies don't look all that spectacular, your one does).
..and her story continous.I think everybody should click on the page 1 button, and read this thread over again. It's impressive.
You should save this for your daughter, maybe, so she can see it someday when she'll understand.
This reminds me on the first book of Harry Potter because she will become famous if she is not already now.

Thanks alot everyone!! All your congrats are very much appreciated!
Without further ranting here's some more pics and a couple of crappy movies from my camera!
In cot
Deb holding her
In her "I love Daddy" outfit
Little video of her sleeping
A rare chance to see her eyes open!
Unfortunatly Deb has to stay in another night so they can keep an eye on her but hopefully she'll be home tomorrow and she can post her painful side to the story lol!!
Once again thanks so much to each and everyone one of you, you've always been there for us and I hope we can do the same sometime.

Welcome to the world, Katherine! I hope the best of fortune awaits you on your long journey through this awe-inspiring, but often tumultuous region of existence we fondly call Life. I am certain you will turn out to be one of those lucky few who can say, when they have finally come to the end of this grand journey, that in despite of all the tempests that sought to waylay them they did not succumb to contrary winds, but challenged and overcame, and were thus content in the journey's end, willingly accepting its inevitable conclusion and likewise anticipating the journey next to come.
May God bless you and your family, Katherine Breanna Martin!

Oh my...oh my...sweet good lord above...
The picture that really got me was in the first batch where she popped open one eye to give a look-see at the camera. The second I saw those baby blues (well, they look more hazel, but I love alliteration), I was smitten. This is the start of a long but amazing journey for you guys. From here on, this is the rest of your lives, laid out in love and personified in the the being of your daughter and whoever else may come after. May you live long, may your sons and daughters make you proud, and when you look back on your life in 60 years, may you say that it was well-lived. I have no doubt that any of that will happen. Take care.
Oh, and by the way, is it just me, or do babies always look like Winston Churchill in the beginning?

Hey guys,
I'm back home!! its the best feeling.
I'm still feeling unwell though, I am still in a bit pain and find it hard to walk lol
Two words!! NEVER AGAIN!!
It was THE most painful things I have ever had to do. In fact you just can't describe it, I know it was worth it but at the time I really thought I was dying or something.
I started having pains really early on and when they got stronger I just didn't know where to put myself. I was very emotional and there were quite a few times I just wanted to give up.
Chris was amazing! he helped me so so much and I really couldn't have got through without him. My mam aswell, she was brilliant. She even thanked me afterwards for letting her be there. Both of them kept me going.
Everyone said I did REALLY well as I didn't have any pain relief, it was the hardest thing I have ever ever done and its actually made me stronger in a way. That plus the first night I didn't sleep as she kept me up, so I went two days nearly without sleep and I lost alot of blood and was very dizzy.
She's so beautiful though, every one at the hospital commented on her, she's gorgeous and so loving, and the way she looks into my eyes when she heres my voice gives me such a good feeling. She's very well bahaved!
Any way I'm going to rest and Ill post more later, as for the birth, like I said I can't realy describe what it was like, you just can't put it into words.
Thanks guys for all your words and everything, I love you all, and I'll pass your messages on to Katherine

Congratulations to the both of you. I know that you will make wonderful parents and take care of your beautiful daughter to the best of your abilities.
I posted this on page 6 (or so) of this thread, but it got no response. Therefore, I will post it again as congratulations, and for those who didn't see it before. (FYI, the man in the second and third frames is the new father.)

I posted a few others there, too. Go check them out. I think they are quite funny.
