The worst sickness

#1 Post by Quest For Glory Fan » Mon Jan 10, 2005 6:36 am

In your opininon which of the following is the worst to have?

Any type of STD
Constipation
Any kind of mental disorder (BDD for example)
The Flu
any kind of bad injury such as loss of limb or eyesight

I've recently gotten one of these things and was just wondering what you guys think is the worst in terms of getting it, telling your friends (if it's embarassing) Telling your family. Going to get a physical for it or whatever.

I know this is kind of a poll question but more people check here and when you force people to post to make an opinion you are morre likely to get an answer.

No, people check the poll section as well, but don't answer pointless or stupid questions (hint).

I think that the worst would be amputation of both arms and both legs, with runny nose running a close second.

No, wait, I think that the worst would be amputation of both arms and both legs and having a runny nose.

Which STD? Cause some are more livable with than others.

And a lot of people don't check the polls cause they're usually about what your favorite sierra game is, or what game would you most like to see remade or something similar.

Yeah, I mean Constipation, well just eat lots of fibre, drink prune juice, or take ex-lax.  Ha, I remember my friends dog got into and then ate a bar of chocolate that had ex-lax in it, man what a mess afterwards.  Which proves... it works!   :lol

I would say anything that cannot be cured that will eventually kill you; those are the worst.  Could be inoperable cancer, AIDS, whatever.

atleast one person answered. btw you say your friends dog ate chocolate? Isn't chocolate extremly leathel to a dog? also constipation is a lot worse then you would think. it's not like oh man I can't go the horrors. it's like oh man i've got diareah all the time but there is no way to releave it. It's also one of those things where the cure is sometimes worse than the situation.

Hmmm, not sure if chocolate is leathal to dogs... dogs eat pretty much anything and everything, including shoes.  I know chocolate is leathal to cats... but I don't think it is to dogs?  Well in any case, the ex-lax cleaned out the dog's system so fast, the chocolate probably didn't have time to do any damage.  Poor dog didn't know what was going on.

This thread is full of nonsense, like;

Some mental disorders can actually be treated. You can't do anything about AIDS, for one. Or diseases that break down your muscles. Or progeria. And here I am, posting like some crazy person.

Hey, ace, my dog died last year from ingesting about the size of a large marble of baking chocolate so, nice try. It's like anthrax to dogs.

Is that true? Oh crap, my mate gave half a Toffee Crisp to his dog. Hopefully the toffee and the crisp will overpower the chocolate.
