Whoohoo. No more school. :)

I succesfully performed my graduation presentation today, officially finishing my studies in the process. The upcoming weekend's gonna be the start of a nice, long (and well-deserved) vacation. Whew!

What does it mean?

And do you mean High-School? Or a special school?

I believe it's something like "We came, we saw, we.. conquered?"

Congratulations Erpy!

Thanks everyone.

And Vil, it does indeed mean; "We came, we saw, we conquered". It's a latin quote that basically implies things have been rounded up.

Vamp, I have no problems accepting that offer. That day happens to be one day before I get my certificate. (it's college btw, I'm not exactly in the high school age group anymore :) )

What?
A Netherlands AGDI minimeeting, and I'm not invited? Surely, y'all want to go drink something in one of the best places of Amsterdam Spikey here knows, right?

Congrats Erpy! From what I understood, your studies were an internship of sorts, am I right? Anyway, well done and enjoy your well-deserved break.

As it is, I graduated about 6 months ago, but there's nothing really going in the field I'm trying to get into (energy management/energy efficiency consultant), so I've applied to go back to uni and do engineering this time.

Congratulations!

BTW, "Veni, vidi, vici" means "I came, I saw, I conquered."  "We came, we saw, we conquered" would be "Venimus, vidimus, vicimus."  (Sorry for being the Latin grammar enforcer.)

Not entirely. They simply involved an internship at the end. (and one in the middle, and one after the first year) Your final mark is determined by a mark given by a representative of the institution your internship was done, a mark for the graduation report you had to write and a mark for the presentation you had to perform.
