As I attempt to run King's Quest 1, I get a blank screen, however the music is playing in the background. In order for the screen to refresh, I have to move the window as it redraws everything.
Is this solvable using compatability mode?
Settings:
Graphics Settings
320x240
Run in window
Force Alternate Letterbox Resolution
Anti-Alias SCaled Sprites
I've tried it with fullscreen and with it at 640x480, but it still does the same.

Have you installed the latest drivers for your graphics card?

Unfortunatly, I am using an onboard video, which supposedly supports the required video.
As far as drivers, I believe so.

Try setting your desktop colour depth to 16bit.
Have you tried KQ2, do you get the same problem?

Same problem with KQ2
16bit color fixed the issue. Thanks for your time.
