Help with getting glass flask

I am stuck on this and I need it to make the music spell :/ I know it's in the rock with the hole but I can't figure out how to get it out of there

If you have played a Tale of Two Kingdoms, it is like the part with the comb in the hole.

The glass flask you need for spellcasting is not the bottle in the hole.

It's actually in exactly the place you'd expect a glass flask used for spellcrafting to be. Look more closely and click the HAND icon on more places in the most likely location.

The "flask" is not in the hole in the rock.

Thanks! A bit odd though, to start on a spell without knowing you will have all of the needed ingredients. I didn't expect "a pinch" would use up all of the toadstool powder.

True. That's a holdover from the original game though, if I remember correctly.

You're kinda right. In the original, you had to do another spell first, which gave you an empty flask after using up one of its ingredients, but we wanted to make each spell self-containing this time. It's true the jar-thing isn't that obvious.
