I heard Erpy mention that there is a note in KQ2 VGA referencing Manannan's relationship to Hagatha. I know they are brother and sister (there), but I've looked everywhere and still can't find this note. I would really like to read it, so could I get a hint as to where it is? Maybe they are 'half' brother and sister. Maybe one of them was adopted.

Hihi, OK. But you can never know. Casima (sp?) in KQ6 is really a male figure (the Vizier's Genie). So maybe Manannan got tierd of being a woman, and changed his name from Manannana/Mananna to Manannan.

All 3 of them are a little wierd... Manannan likes young boys. Mordack is a pedophile. Hagatha is overly conceited. I wonder what their parents were like...

Hagatha, Mordack, and Manannan are all related. However, there is another sibling. She was mentioned somewhere in KQ3 or 6...I cannot remember which. Miranda was her name and apparently, she was married to Shadrack, the wizard Alhazred was writing to in KQ6. Hagatha 'died' in the tower realm. Manannan is forevermore a cat. Mordack got his flame snuffed out, so Miranda is technically the only survivor of that family. Manannan does not count because he is no longer human. As for their parents, there father was a Belgian womanizer and there mother was a french prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet.... oops, wrong parents. Their mother was apparently a beautiful Enchantress who eventually went bad when her powers seemed to always go wrong. She made bad things happen when she tried to do good, so people eventually began to hate her. The only person I could think of that she is like is Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty...wants to help but has wacky powers and a bad temper. Their father was a powerful sorcerer who was said to be able to move entire planets just by blinking. Although we all know that wizards tend to over exaggerate....I manifested a fire ball... THIS...BIG. He and their mother met while she placed an Enchantment on a some Prince in a castle..something to do with a rose and a beast...sound familiar? Anyway, they married and had four of the nastiest children EVER. Nice Gene Pool Huh!

I just had a thought rethinking the characters as actual siblings. Maybe the Black Cloak society uses a twisted version of the Catholic practice of calling their members Brother and Sister whatever, and their leader is called Father whatever (or just The Father in this case). This is also kind of like a friend of my family who I used to call uncle and his kids my cousins. ------------------ I think therefore I am ... I think???

The Society as portrayed in KQ2 does use "Father" and "Sister" as titles, not as actual familial terms. The Father is not the father of Hagatha, though she, Mordack and Mannanan are real siblings.
