KQ2 1.1: Three minor bugs
I'm running KQ2VGA version 1.1 under Windows 98 SE (German version) with a resolution of 320x200 (fullscreen).

1) I've found all three gems, but I haven't taken them to the Door of Destiny yet. If I go to Grandma's house and click on the door with the "hand" icon, I can no longer bring up the icon bar. Leaving and re-entering the screen fixes this problem.
If you can't reproduce this bug, I can send you a savegame.

2) In the help text, it says:
"When your cursor is moved to the top of the screen, the Icon bar appears."
It should be either "icon bar" (the way it's spelled in readme.txt) or "Icon Bar."

3) A cosmetical problem with the installer:

The installer puts the game in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Tierra\KQ2VGA

In the German version of Windows 98, the "Program Files" folder is called "Programme", so the game should be installed in:
C:\Programme\Tierra\KQ2VGA

Most installers are aware of the localized "Program Files" folder; maybe the software you used to create the installer isn't.

Aye.
The third thing should really be changed if it's possible. Most installers check for the "Program Files" path from the computer's settings, so the default install path is always in the right in place. As my WinXP install is on drive E, I want everything installed there, but the installer defaults to the fixed path on C.

Re: Aye.
1) What message did you recieve when clicking the hand on the door when this occured? Was it the message about "Finding the elderly woman's granddaughter" ?

2) Fixed.

3) Hmm, I'm not sure if this is possible with the installer that we use. I'll check into it, though.

When I leave the screen the icon bar is still missing but it reappears when I re-enter.
