Jafar, if you've slipped your leash

Don't worry, the rule is gone! Now I don't have to hide and loophole around the rules like a game of twister combined with the limbo. I will try to save electricity though. She had a point.

In other news, recently, a small group of us have been role-playing (rping) in the chatroom. You can choose to join us or watch if you happen to enter the chat during one of those rp sessions. There are three different rps taking place so far, all happening after the hero defeated the dragon of doom in Dragonfire.

Story 1

setting: Silmaria

People (alphabetical order): Brainiac (as Eltro of New York, captain of ship and The Sibyl), Jafar (as Paladin Jafar of Shapier), The Knight (as Rylue the mysterious), Soulblighter (as Balthazar the necromancer, Robed figure and Thief) and myself (as Sorceress Swift of Silmaria)

(Khalon, are you involved in the story as well?)

Time: around 11 pm - 3 am (GMT + 8:00)

The story thus far: Eltro came falling from the sky into Silmaria. Swift and Thief took him to see Erasmus to try and help him return to New York, and Erasmus sent them to see the Sibyl for answers. They borrowed Queen Elsa's ship and sailed for Delos with Paladin Jafar, Balthazar and his servant, Robed Figure.

Along the way, they were attacked by a giant water serpent. The serpent was defeated eventually but the battle weakened Eltro. The Sibyl soon took possession of Eltro, warned the group of the coming darkness, and told them that Eltro and Swift were important players in the apocalypse. The Sibyl left Eltro after delivering the cryptic message, and Jafar and Swift consulted Erasmus through a magical link to discover more about the darkness. Erasmus revealed to Jafar that Swift's a half elf and Erana's successor and postulated that her tragic past was somehow connected. He advised her to let go of her grudge against elves, but she refused, believing that they were all responsible for the destruction of her village and for killing her family.

Rylue, a stowaway, sneaked around the ship while the rest had their breakfast and hid under Jafar's bed soon after. The ship reached Delos and everyone packed up to go. Jafar discovered him and they soon fought. Swift tried to make Rylue reveal his identity but he managed to escape. The group reached Sibyl's shrine only to see it desecrated and the Sibyl turned to stone, with Rylue secretly following them. They tried unsuccessfully to free the Sibyl. Eltro forced Rylue to come out of hiding and Rylue revealed his name and offered his knowledge to the group. Eltro soon figured out a way to contact the Sibyl and was successful. The Sibyl revealed slightly more, warned Swift about her past coming back to haunt her, and gave her a flower to pass onto Eltro as a link between him and the Sibyl. Eltro sensed that Sifnos might be in danger while holding onto the flower, and the group boarded the ship to set sail again.

On board the ship, Eltro revealed to Rylue that he knew more about him than Rylue lets on, and revealed to Swift later that he's aware of her tragic past, thus upsetting her. Meanwhile, Jafar and Rylue locked Thief in a chest for stealing Jafar's purse, and Jafar lost the Awe ability. He later decided to let Thief go and offered his purse as a gift, and gained back his Awe ability. Thief was touched by his generosity and refused the offer. During dinner, Eltro and Thief talked about how he'd upset Swift while Jafar told Rylue how the group met. Balthazar later tried comforting Eltro.

The next morning, the ship arrived at Sifnos. Who knows what danger awaits them there...

I'll write about stories 2 and 3 later.

As Swift said, the RPS is always available if anyone wants in. There are a few others running at other times, should anyone be unable to come at the time of the one detailed in her post.

And just so everyone knows, I have a not-undeserved reputation as the plot hog...

I'm not too sure. It sure looked that way, but then again I was pretty disturbed by the hug at that time, so I might have remembered wrongly. What's your version of events?

I saw it as more of a small confrontation...

I was trying to help both Eltro and Swift to sort that thing out, I can't even remember talking to Rylue

Oh rats! I meant Eltro, not Rylue! Can't believe I typed the wrong name! Thanks for pointing it out, Soulblighter.
