I need help on KQ1

#1 Post by Retro Crono » Sat Nov 10, 2001 9:21 am

I don't know what to do next. I have the following items, carrot, clover, golden egg, empty bowl, golden key, dagger, full bucket, cheese, note (from witches house), 5 pebbles and a pouch of diamonds. My level is 63/158. Please help.

Never forget that your ultimate purpose is to retrieve the three treasures. Either examine the well or try to cross the troll bridge...

I just finished the game, hee hee. However I've got a few questions on stuff I'm unsure about.

Is there anyway of feeding that guy with his dying wife?

Is there a way to find out that guys name? I think its rumplestiltskin (might have spelt it wrong) but it didn't work?

Yep, there's a little something on the ground in one of the meadows of Daventry. Pick it up, take a look at it and use it on yourself.

Your guess "Rumplestiltskin" was very close, but have you read that note in the house of the witch. Sometimes it's better to think backwards. (or to spell backwards, for that matter)

Well, I've only played the original version, but if you get the bowl, you read the word "Fill" on the botom, and give it to the woodcutter. It magically fills with stew! If you need cheat sheets, you can get them all over the place. If you want a URL, I'll give you one.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... lasses.gif ALT="8)">

By the way, the guy's name is rumplestiltskin, spelled backwards. you might want to look up that name, though. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... lasses.gif ALT="8)">

There's also a walkthrough section on the index page of the Tierra site.
