I thank you for remaking of King's Quest (1) and keeping the Spirit of Original Adventure Gaming alive!

Since KQ1 (original version) was the first "PC"-game I ever played - and that's quite awhile ago - I am also happy to see that the younger generation is still interested in games other than "Hit-And-Kill-Them-All".

Sure, when the first 3D-arcade games (I call them arcade, since that's what they really are) came out on the market, It was exciting, it was something new. But after a short while playing, it wasn't very funny anymore. So we wanted to do something more creative. But where was the games? Gone? No more new adventure games? Well, we are still lucky to have our old'ies saved somewhere. And THERE goes a thanks to Mr. Gates, under x-pii, they suddenly start working again <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

PS. My daugthers are now old enough, that I can let them play Larry 1,2,3, ... AND they love them. No matter the graphics of the old games, they are still the best ...

You'd be surprised to know how many teenagers I know of that still like these games <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

Larry1-2 are really good. Even Larry 3. But that one was so tough, I had to give up. And when you cant finish an adventure game, you start to think that the game has some problems, its not your fault for not succeeding, but its <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)">

I really like adventure games... I'm 14, and had never heard of KQ before I found Tierra. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/grin.gif ALT=" >D">

I've been a fan of KQ ever since I got KQ6 with my old computer. I've heard of the series long before that, since I've been a diehard fan of Sierra games since '89 and the release of Hero's Quest/Quest for Glory.

I'm 17, and I just worship how well you all did with the game. I was quite surprised at how improved the dialogue pictures were too! I loved KQ1+, and KQ2+ just put the topping on the cake! Now for QfG2+!!!

<em<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ns/mad.gif ALT=">:"> Jumps up and down joyously:

<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... smokin.gif ALT=":smokin">
