Three Problems

1. Graham cannot knock on Granny's Door in the daytime, and tries to force the door open.
2. Graham cannot knock on the Church door either, and Graham tries to force the door open, and in both cases you were asked to knock on the doors. Right !
3. Graham cannot remove the black cloak in the castle as instructed, or anywhere else for that matter.
This also appears to be a similar reason I was unable to click on the Blue Birthstone at Hagatha's outside the cave on the far scull with no results, and always the message stating you cannot use it there. Something wrong in the games system files I strongly suspect.

For 1 and 2, there's nothing to do there during the daytime.

For 3, I suspect you're not be clicking it right. Each cursor has a market hotspot. You have to click the hotspot of the cloak on Graham to wear it/take it off.
